WFM for Team Leaders Online Training Course

The topics have been structured in a ‘Why, What, How, Now’ framework. These four content touchpoints guide learners through a logical process of understanding workforce management as team leaders.

Effective learning also incorporates a social aspect; therefore, we include a live virtual workshop to teach the core skills, followed by a coaching circle at the end.

Additionally, between each micro-learn, the team leaders must complete a social learning challenge. Once they finish their challenge, they can progress to the next learning experience.

This blended strategy spaces out the learning and encourages reflection and application.
