Business Continuity Policy

Call Design, as a responsible global business, must meet the needs of critical supporting operations to continue providing the best possible service to our customers and ourselves in the event of a serious disruption. Call Design adopts the principals of the ISO 22301-2019 Business Continuity Management System standard as well as ISO27001.

Our business continuity planning capability allows us to provide organisational resilience by:

  • demonstrating proactive control of risks
  • effectively and efficiently addressing operational vulnerabilities
  • allowing us to remain effective during minor disruptions.
  • allowing us to remain effective during major disruptions extending beyond 4 hours for high and medium criticality systems.

Business continuity management is an integral part of our organisation and all business continuity plans, recovery capabilities, and personnel are tested to measure effectiveness and identify areas for optimisation at least annually and updated as necessary.
