Call Design’s WOW 2024 Conference was a huge success, leaving attendees feeling motivated and inspired to implement some of what they learned during the conference.

It is the only event entirely dedicated to Workforce Optimisation in this region.

The WOW conference offered attendees the opportunity to talk to others about optimisation challenges, knowing that everyone in the room “gets it.” Topics like shrinkage, AHT, adherence, service levels and employee engagement needed no explanation in a room full of like-minded people.

We, at Call Design, are firm believers in the power of teamwork and collaboration. That is why networking, swapping stories and experiences and exchanging insights on overcoming workforce management challenges were all part of the unforgettable WOW 2024 experience.
