Our company values, code of conduct and policies and procedures underpin these aims guiding behaviour, conduct, decision making and the raising and handling of grievances.

Whistleblowing
Call Design acknowledges the importance of open and transparent communication within our business operations to ensure the highest standards of ethical and lawful conduct.
Whilst not specifically covered by the Treasury Laws Amendment (Enhancing Whistleblower Protections) Act 2019 (Cth), we subscribe to the principles of reporting behaviour that does not meet those standards including how we handle a report, investigating in good faith and protecting the individual regardless of outcome through our grievance procedure.

Call Design is committed to respecting and supporting human rights including health and safety, freedom of association, anti discrimination and access to grievance mechanisms
Whilst not specifically covered by the Modern Slavery Act 2019 (Cth), Call Design’s values, Code of Conduct and policies and procedure provide the framework for ensuring our practices do not infringe on human rights.
